Seçkin Alp Kargı, a sole proprietor in Türkiye trading as Folding Papers, is responsible for this website’s processing of personal information. Contact hello@foldingpapers.com. This notice covers foldingpapers.com and correspondence with us, not every app’s account, payment or cloud features.
These information pages do not offer account registration, card entry, checkout, a contact form or newsletter signup. Product-specific policies explain information processed when you use an app.
Information, purposes and collection
When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare receives connection information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser/device information and technical or security signals. This is collected electronically to deliver and protect the site, diagnose errors and prevent abuse.
When you email us, we receive your address, the name you provide, message and chosen attachments through our email service. We use these to answer the request. Do not include passwords, verification codes, full payment details or unnecessary private content.
Necessary website operation, security and general enquiries rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Product support needed to deliver an agreement relies on contractual necessity. Privacy requests and required disclosures rely on legal obligations; records necessary to establish or defend rights are kept for that purpose. Optional consent-based processing, if introduced, requires a separate choice rather than acceptance of this notice.
Recipients and international processing
Cloudflare delivers and protects the site; email providers deliver support correspondence. We may provide limited information to competent authorities where required, or professional advisers where necessary to protect rights. We do not sell visitor information or enrol people who email us in marketing lists.
These providers and their subprocessors may process information outside Türkiye or your country. Contact us for the recipient and transfer arrangements relevant to your request. A link to a provider’s policy is not itself a guarantee that every transfer requirement is fulfilled, and reading this notice does not constitute transfer consent.
Retention and security
Support correspondence is kept while necessary to resolve the request and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal-claim needs. Technical logs follow the hosting and security service’s settings. We do not promise an unverified fixed lifetime or instant erasure from backups. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable obligations.
Please send only what is necessary. We may verify ownership before disclosing or changing personal data; we do not need your password to handle a request.
Requests and rights
You can contact hello@foldingpapers.com for information about your personal data, correction, deletion where applicable, objections or other rights available under your local law. Identify the website or app concerned and your request. We will explain any applicable exception.
Requests under Türkiye’s KVKK are answered as soon as practicable and within 30 days, generally free of charge. The Turkish notice explains the recognised request methods and complaint route. This does not restrict rights available under other applicable laws.
