Contact us

Email hello@foldingpapers.com for I Love Art support. The app is operated by Seçkin Alp Kargı, trading as Folding Papers. Include your app version, device model, operating-system version, what happened and what you expected. Add a screenshot only if you choose.

Never send your password, verification code, full card number or an entire private Journal. If a purchase is involved, an order reference with unrelated details hidden is enough to begin investigating.

Premium is missing or a purchase did not finish

In I Love Art, open Settings → Premium, or open the daily Archive to reach the Premium screen. Choose Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. If you also use an I Love Art account, sign in to the account used for your subscription.

Check your connection and Apple subscription status. If Apple shows a pending transaction, resolve that with Apple before purchasing again. If restoration fails or access is still missing, email us with the error and app version. Do not buy another subscription just to troubleshoot.

Cancel a subscription or request a refund

On iPhone, open Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions → I Love Art to manage cancellation. Cancel a free trial at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want it to renew. Apple’s subscription screen shows your current terms and next billing date.

Uninstalling the app or deleting a profile or Art account does not stop billing. For an Apple-billed refund, use Apple’s refund request page. Support cannot promise a refund or cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.

Your data and account

When Community is available and you are signed in, open Profile → Privacy → Your Community data. Export Community data opens the device share sheet. Delete my Community profile requires you to type DELETE ART COMMUNITY and confirm the deletion.

This deletes the Art Community profile, published reviews, lists and follows and deactivates Art membership. It does not delete the shared sign-in identity, another Folding Papers product’s data, your device-local Journal or private collections, or your Apple subscription. Limited moderation records and service backups may remain as described in the privacy policy.

To delete the Art account rather than only its Community profile, open Settings → Account → Delete my Art account in a version that offers account access. Re-enter your password, type DELETE MY ART ACCOUNT and confirm. This works independently of the Community feature. The app reports whether the request was accepted; background cleanup remains pending until confirmed.

Use Check deletion status on the same account screen after signing out or reopening the app; the receipt is available for 90 days. Keep that app installation while following the request. If the receipt is unavailable or cleanup remains pending, contact support. The shared sign-in identity is removed only if no other product needs it. Your local Journal, collections and store subscription remain unchanged.

For help with access, correction, a privacy request or the shared sign-in identity, email hello@foldingpapers.com. We may need to verify ownership. This support contact is not an automated full-account deletion service.

Delete private Journal writing in its editor. Keep copies before removing app data or uninstalling. Signing out is not a deletion of local data, and Community export does not contain your Journal.

Community access and safety

Community may be unavailable in your release. An unavailable screen does not mean your private collection has been uploaded. When Community is enabled, use Report on a profile, review or list and Block to limit interaction with another member.

If you cannot use the report control, email a link or item identifier and a brief explanation. Do not repost private or harmful material publicly. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

Collections, images and reminders

In Saved → Collections you can create and rename a collection, reorder collections or their works with the up/down controls, and confirm deletion without a subscription. Deleting a private collection does not delete Journal notes, saved works or a separately published Community list. Collection order is the slideshow order.

Creating and playing a slideshow from your collection requires Premium and at least two works. Premium also unlocks all curated slideshows. Without Premium, you can play the fixed five-work sample slideshow; other slideshow entries lead to the Premium screen. Your collections remain editable if Premium ends.

Catalogue text is bundled, but images may need a connection until downloaded. If an image does not load, retry on a working connection. Free in-app offline controls keep selected images inside the app on this device; this is separate from saving to Photos / Gallery. Clearing app data can remove offline copies.

For reminders, enable Daily reminder in the app’s Settings and allow notifications in device Settings. Times follow your device’s local time.

Artwork corrections and rights enquiries

Send the artwork title, artist, the relevant app or source link and a description of the correction. For a rights concern, identify the material, your relationship to the rights holder and supporting information. We will review the specific record; availability in the app is not a blanket licence for reuse.
